
Oracle filed a lawsuit again Google, blaming the web giant of giving preferential access to Motorola and Verizon of their newly developed Android mobile software.
Internal Google documents leaked out supporting Oracle's claim that Google copied Java codes, and concerns over Android's use of Java. The documents also proved that google planned to give Motorola and Verizon early access to the Android, since they are software partners.
